ISO 45001 Certification Process

Submission of Application

The organization submits an application for ISO 45001 certification.

Pre-Assessment Audit (Optional)

Before the official certification audit, we conduct a pre-assessment to simulate the formal evaluation. This step highlights areas needing further attention, allowing you to address them proactively.

Initial Audit (Stage 1)

A critical component of ISO 45001 certification, the Stage 1 Audit assesses your OH&S processes and policies.

Initial Audit (Stage 2)

The stage 2 Audit is a On-Site Audit that evaluates the effectiveness of your OH&S in action. Our auditors provide objective feedback and identify any non-conformances.

Issue of Certification

Upon successful completion of the audit and resolution of any non-conformances, your business will be awarded the ISO 45001 certification. This certification is a testament to your commitment to quality management excellence.

Surveillance Audits

To maintain your ISO 45001 certification, periodic surveillance audits are conducted, typically annually. These audits ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement of your OH&S.

Recertification Audit

Similar to a Stage 2 Audit, Re-certification Audit is conducted at the end of the Audit Cycle to confirm the continuity and effectiveness
of your OH&S within the scope of certification. Upon successful completion of this Audit, a new certification is granted.
